Order Cancellation Conditions
If your order for office furniture, bedroom furniture, kitchen and dining furniture, living room furniture, entryway furniture, or storage and decorative storage has not been shipped within 48 hours after placement, you may request a direct cancellation. For orders that have exceeded 48 hours since placement or have already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In these instances, we recommend waiting for the delivery to arrive and then contacting us to initiate a return and refund. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation Process

• Please contact our support team to apply for a cancellation via email at support@livorenae.com or by calling +1 (301) 518-6816. You will need to provide your order number and proof of payment.

• Our support team will process your request immediately. Once approved, we will notify you of the outcome and arrange your refund as soon as possible.

Refund Instructions
Upon confirmation of the cancellation, the refund will be issued back to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Depending on the efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. If the refund is overdue, please contact us for further assistance.

Order Modifications
Please note that we cannot modify the items, quantities, or delivery address once an order has entered the shipping process. If you need to make changes, please contact us within the 48-hour window before the items are dispatched. If the order has already been sent, you will need to follow the return process after delivery.

Right to Cancel by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order if there are issues with payment authorization, if the item is unexpectedly out of stock, or if we identify a technical error regarding product information. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellation Confirmation
A cancellation is only considered successful once you have received a formal confirmation email from us. Simply sending a request does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already progressed to the shipping stage.
