Delivery Scope
We currently only provide shipping services within Australia. We do not support shipping to any other countries or regions outside of Australia at this time.
Shipping Fees
Free Shipping: All orders of AUD 90 or more (inclusive of AUD 90) qualify for free standard delivery.
Flat Rate Shipping: For orders totaling less than AUD 90, a flat shipping fee of AUD 9.99 will be applied at checkout.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable taxes and related charges are included in the product price. You will not be required to pay any additional fees or hidden charges upon delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).
Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next available business day.
Order Handling Time
The handling time for preparing and packing your order is 1-3 business days. This period starts once the order processing begins as per the cut-off time rules.
Transit Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is 7-10 business days. Total delivery time is calculated as Handling Time + Transit Time.

Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. To track your shipment, you can visit the "Order Tracking" page on our website and enter your email address or phone number along with your order number.
Liability Statement
Product Damage or Loss: We take full responsibility for any products damaged or lost during transit. Please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged.
Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please notify us before the order is dispatched. Once the package has left our facility, we cannot change the shipping details or cancel the shipment.
Delivery Address and Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional redelivery fees may apply.
Receipt of Goods
Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging carefully. If there is visible damage, we recommend taking photos before opening. If the internal furniture is found to be damaged, please retain all packaging materials and notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
Delivery Delays
While we and our carriers strive to meet the estimated delivery times, external factors such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or logistics network disruptions may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.
Large Item Delivery
Given that some of our furniture pieces are bulky, deliveries are typically made to the ground floor or front door. Carriers are not required to carry items upstairs or into specific rooms. Please ensure someone is available to assist with large items if necessary.
