Return and Exchange Validity Period
You have 45 days from the date you receive (sign for) the goods to request a return or exchange. If 45 days have passed since the receipt of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Appearance Issues: The product has visible scratches, dents, or damage upon arrival.
Quality Issues: The product has structural defects or functional failures.
Sensory Issues: The product has a strong chemical odor or severe color difference compared to the website description.
Wrong Item: The received product does not match the item ordered (incorrect model, size, or color).
No-Reason Returns: You may return the item without a specific cause (change of mind), provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and resalable.

Review: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide the specific return address.
Shipment: You are required to mail the product back to the designated return address we provide and wait for us to receive the goods.
Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the product to ensure it matches the reported situation. If the inspection is successful, we will immediately arrange your refund. For more information on refunds, please see our "Refund Policy".
Exchange Process
Application: Please contact us via email at support@livorenae.com or by phone at +1 (301) 518-6816 to request an exchange. Please provide your order number, proof of payment, the reason for the exchange, and relevant videos or photos.
Review: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide the return address.
Shipment: You need to send the original product back to our designated return address.
Reshipment: Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it meets the criteria, we will arrange for the new item to be processed within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time for the new item is 7-10 business days. For more information on shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment.
Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1-5 business days. If you have not received it after this period, please contact us for assistance.
Fee Rules
We Cover Shipping: If the return or exchange is due to appearance issues, quality problems, odors/severe color differences, or incorrect items sent, we will bear the shipping costs.
You Cover Shipping: If the return or exchange is for "No-Reason" (change of mind), you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the item.
Return Label
For your convenience, a return label is included inside every package. You may use this label to facilitate the return process once your request is approved.
Liability Statement
We are responsible for the safety and quality of the goods during transit until they are delivered to you. However, we are not liable for damage resulting from improper assembly (unless caused by unclear instructions provided by us), misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made to the furniture after acceptance. We protect your personal data strictly in accordance with privacy standards and only use it for processing orders and returns.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
Before Shipping: If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.
After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be intercepted. You will need to follow the "No-Reason Return" process after receiving the goods.
Packaging Requirements for Returns
To ensure a successful return or exchange, all furniture must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. If the original packaging is lost or damaged, please inform us when applying for the return so we can advise on the best solution.
